Directions
The beginning of your tour is conveniently located at a well-connected subway station, 59th Street — Columbus Circle station. Trains regularly coming through the station include the 1, 3, A, B, C and D. Exit at the station's southwestern exit onto W 59th St (Central Park South) and you will find yourself at the beginning of your tour. Enter the park at the Merchant’s Gate entrance marked by the USS Maine monument and head into the park, staying to the left of the monument, adjacent to 8th Avenue (Central Park West)
