GRACE

In March 2021 GRACE project started with partners from Romania, Greece, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Spain. The project focuses on the support of micro-enterprises that, particularly in tourist areas, were gravely affected by COVID-19 due to travel restrictions and the lockdown. During the project, an online educational platform to equip micro-businesses with key digital competencies touching upon all business aspects, strengthen digital entrepreneurship and foster a digital hub for creativity and innovation that will put them back on the growth track and mitigate the pandemic’s adverse impact will be developed.Within the program context, an educational platform was created, gathering the most critical and valuable practical information for the arts and culture enterprises to explore, and adopt in their practices. Clio Muse Tours undertook the technical implementation of the platform, using and customizing the open-source learning management system Moodle.

An online educational platform for micro-enterprises to receive training tailored to the needs of the creative and cultural sector, equipping cultural and creative micro-entrepreneurs with digital competencies to successfully position their business in the digital era and advance their competitiveness and growth, establishing Digital creativity and innovation clusters and networks to strengthen the transfer of knowledge, as well as creative and innovative thinking, increasing the knowledge and availability of resources for adult educators working in the field to be fully equipped in supporting micro-businesses, strengthening the transnational policy dialogue on training support of the creative and cultural micro-businesses for their sustainability and growth.
