Tour Information:

• This is a downloadable self-guided audio tour crafted by Clio Muse Tours’ accredited archaeologists and historians for your smartphone, accessible through our app.
• No live guide will accompany you, and no VR/AR is included.
• An Android (version 9.0 and later) or iOS (version 17.0 and later) smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone X or older, iPhone SE 1st generation, iPod Touch, iPad 5th generation or older, iPad Air 2nd generation or older, iPad Mini 4th generation or older, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 1st generation.
• You will need storage space on your phone (100-150 MB).
• Milan City Tour is partly wheelchair accessible.
• The tour is not provided by the attraction.

• If you receive a voucher from the marketplace you bought the tour from, note that it is not your entry ticket. Admission fees are NOT included in this product. 
• The mobile signal may be weak at the sites. To fully enjoy your audio tour, download it on your smartphone prior to your visit.

• Ensure that your smartphone is fully charged & that you bring your headphones.
• If you plan to visit Duomo di Milano, Milan’s Cathedral, make sure to dress appropriately. Both men and women must cover their shoulders. For women, sleeveless tops, tank tops, and dresses with thin straps are not allowed. Carrying a scarf or shawl is a good idea in case you need to cover up. Skirts and shorts should be at least knee-length. It’s advisable to avoid flip-flops and wear proper shoes.
• Milan City Tour is a walking tour so it’s advisable to wear comfortable shoes.
• Wear sunscreen and a hat during hot summer months.
